Cookies, brownies, and rolls need 24 hours' notice. Bread and standard cakes need 48 hours. Custom cakes and large orders need 2 weeks — earlier around holidays, when the calendar fills up fast.
Custom cake orders require a non-refundable deposit to hold the date on the bake calendar. The remaining balance is due at pickup. Standard menu items are paid in full at pickup, no deposit required.
Standard orders can be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours before pickup at no charge. Custom orders can be adjusted up to 5 days before the date; cancellations within that window forfeit the deposit, since ingredients are already bought and the date is already blocked off.
All orders are pickup-only from the home kitchen in Aurora, Colorado, or from a market where Crabucket is set up that day. The exact pickup address and window are sent with your order confirmation. Please pick up within the confirmed window — items left more than a day past pickup may not be held.
This is a home kitchen that regularly handles wheat, dairy, eggs, and tree nuts. Items are not produced in a dedicated allergen-free facility. Let me know about any allergies at the time of ordering, and I'll tell you plainly whether it's something I can safely accommodate.
Cash, Venmo, and card are all accepted. Payment is due at pickup unless a deposit has already been arranged for a custom order.
